WHAT WE DO.

We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.

Our Mission

Our mission at HPM is to help people be able to endure the everyday hardships in their life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We systematically help you reach your goal by creating a workout program specifically tailored to where you are at NOW. Workout plans are made by using measurements like body weight, heart rate, and body fat percentage to see where you are at. Using research, evidence, and experience a workout plan is made for you.

When you choose HPM Fitness you choose to train with a trainer that is called to be a trainer, that not only does whatever it takes to help you reach your fitness goal, but that builds lasting community and friendships that lead to & are rooted in Christ Jesus.

What Does HPM  Stand For?

HPM  is an abbreviation for the greek word "Hupomone" which means steadfastness, constancy, & endurance.

Life is not easy, so at HPM  we want to represent what it means to endure life in the right way, and provide the path to help you also endure the physical hardships that life brings.

About Me

Hi! My name is Payton Brown. I am the owner & trainer at HPM FITNESS.

I love being in the gym, working out, & being a part of a place where people come to improve themselves physically! I have grown up being in a gym for my whole life as my dad is also a personal trainer & gym owner. By starting HPM I want to share my vision for what I believe a gym should look & feel like compared to toxic culture that gyms today have created. Since, I have received a BA in Exercise Science, certification from the American Council of Exercise, & have experience training a wide range of clients with a variety of goals, I believe I can help anyone meet their fitness goals!
