How do I know that I need a personal trainer?
Typically, clients who have difficulties reaching goals, have little to no experience using gym equipment, need accountability, or have difficulties programming their own workouts will be highly recommended to hire a personal trainer. ​

What is an initial consultation?
An initial consultation is a meeting with a trainer prior to the start to your personal training. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals, take beginning measurements, & walk through a simple 5 exercise workout to evaluate where your are now. In this meeting, waivers & health history forms will be filled out to ensure that personal training is tailored in the right way. ​​
