How do I know that I need a personal trainer?

What does a personal trainer typically cost?
In Kentucky, for a single 30 minute session, the average cost is $60 depending on the location, personal trainer experience, & size of facilities. Our pricing guarantees low prices that won't break the bank, coming in at almost half the average personal training cost in Kentucky!

Where do training sessions take place?
Sessions will take place in a state of the art residential gym located in downtown Georgetown, Kentucky.

What is an initial consultation?
An initial consultation is a meeting with a trainer prior to the start to your personal training. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals, take beginning measurements, & walk through a simple 5 exercise workout to evaluate where your are now. In this meeting, waivers & health history forms will be filled out to ensure that personal training is tailored in the right way.
What is the cancellation policy?
Clients are allowed 2 cancellations without being charged for that session. After the 2 cancellations are used, every time a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment results in a loss/charge of that session.

How does payment work?
Clients will choose desired package and session length, then, all payments are made up-front to ensure compensation for the trainers services.

If I purchase 8 or 12 sessions, do I have a certain time frame to use them all?
No, once a package of 8 or 12 sessions has been purchased, you have unlimited time to use all of them.
